Terms and conditions:
All lesson packages must be paid in full before the start of the lessons.
Once lessons have started, lesson packages are non-refundable, including unused lessons for any reason.
Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if you notify betterdutch by email at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged in full.
Each package includes a limited number of free cancellations or reschedules:
10-hour package: up to 3 lessons
20-hour package: up to 6 lessons
No lessons take place on Dutch national holidays unless agreed otherwise.
If a lesson cannot take place due to the teacher’s absence, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Prices and terms may be adjusted annually. The applicable prices are those valid at the time of booking.
